Visitors are most welcome to attend any of the events noted on this page.

Your $5 entry fee covers a scrumptous morning tea, two guest speakers to enjoy plus horticultural specimen show bench and floral art show bench to enter or just enjoy.

Unless stated otherwise, meetings of The RHS of NSW Inc. for 2017 will be held of the 4th Wednesday of the month at Beecroft Bowling Club, 128 Copeland Road, Beecroft, commencing at 9.45 am (please arrive by 9.30 am) on the following dates:

SATURDAY 8  & SUNDAY 9 JULY, 2017

The NSW Camellia Research Society Inc. Is holding its 48th annual Camellia Show today at Ravenswood Girls School Hall, Henry Street, Gordon from 1.30pm to 4.30pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday.  The Show will include a spectacular display of camellia blooms, camellia plants for sale, a camellia photo comptetition, beautiful displays of Sogetsu School Ikebana and Bonsai.  Light refreshments also available.  For more information please contact the Society on Tel 02 9988 3280, via email: nswcamellias@hotmail.com or alternatively, please feel free to visit the Society’s website: www.camellias.nsw.org.

The Engadine Home Gardeners Club Inc. Will be holding its 63rd annual Spring Flower Show today at Engadine Central Public School School Hall, Waratah Road, Engadine. Open from 11am to 4pm. Entry is $2, Exhibits of flowering & foliage shrubs, potten plants, decorative floral art, vegetable, fruits & herbs etc. Also plants & craft stalls and refreshments available. SATURDAY 23 SEPTEMBER, 2017

The Mona Vale Garden Club are holding their 46th annual Spring Show today at the Ted Blackwood Hall, Cnr. Jacksons & Boondah Road, Warriewood. Open from 10.30am to 4pm.  Adults $2 entry.  The Show will feature flowers, vegetable displays, herbs, floral art and a childrens’ section. Items for sale will include the a great Plants stall, the ever-popular White Elephant stall, craft & cakes etc.  Light refreshments also available. The RHS of NSW Inc. Is an integral part of the inaugural Rivendell Flower Show, being held this weekend at the Thomas Walker Estate “Rivendell”, Hospital Road, Concord. Open from 10am to 4pm daily. Entry fees are $20 for adults and $5 for children under 12 years of age.  This will be a large-scale flower show for the inner-west region of Sydney.  The Show will include floral displays, show gardens, floral design works and much, much more.  For further details visit the event website: www.rivendellflowershow.com.au


TUESDAY 17 to FRIDAY 20 OCTOBER, 2017

The Floral Art Society of Queensland, Inc. will be hosting the National Convention for the Floral Art Society of Australia at “Surfair” (part of the Ramada Inn Complex), Marcoola Beach, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The convention includes wonderful workshops, demonstrations and other exciting and interactive events.  To obtain your copy of the registration paperwork (a great PDF!) The Iris Society of Australia, NSW Region will be holding its annual Iris Show at the Blackheath Community Centre, Great Western Highway, Blackheath this weekend.  The Show is open on Saturday from 11am to 4pm and on Sunday from 9am to 3pm. The Bemboka Garden Club will be holding their annual Spring Flower Show today at the Bemboka Memorial Hall.  Open from 12 noon to 3pm. $5 entry fee.  Great floral art and horticultural displays.  This event is known as the best of its kind on the NSW south coast, so why not make a day trip?
